What Keith’s Students are Saying
A Great Mentor and Was so Supportive
I really enjoyed the lectures, the Q&A’s, and the assignments. I also liked having the chance to pick my own idea for my physicality shot and be creative with it. Keith Sintay is a great mentor and was so supportive in helping me work on my shot, even when I felt like I might have taken on more than I thought I could handle. He never discourages anyone from trying out a shot they want to do, but is also realistic in helping us find ways to make our shots manageable and successful, a huge help!
Incredibly Helpful, Personable and Enthusiastic
Keith was incredibly helpful, personable and enthusiastic. He really helped students see their strengths and areas to improve, in a way that felt attainable. It was inspiring to hear about his history at multiple studios throughout his career, and refreshing to see his continued love for the craft.
Critiques Were Inspiring!
Thank you Keith! This class was amazing and your classes and eCritiques were inspiring! Hope to run into you someday again!! Thank you for all the extra time you gave us and made it fun with theme nights !
Great and Really Helpful
The amount of detail in the feedback that Keith provides is great and really helpful. I did not get nearly this much from my previous school. His critique style comes across as straight and to the point, but in a chill manner.
Feedback was Always Positive and Encouraging
The mentor was great, personable, friendly and I really trusted his critique and skill set. Keith made every class fun and I was always excited for the Q&As. Feedback was always positive and encouraging, but with the expectation to get to a higher animation level. I feel like I really improved and began to get a better eye to critique my own work.
Love the Way Keith Structures his Weekly Q&As
I really love the way Keith structures his weekly Q&As, I find them by far the most helpful of any course I’ve taken so far. He makes a point to open every student’s shot and give good notes while also having time for a demo.
Keith Creates a True Mentorship Environment
Keith has gone above and beyond as a mentor. Of all of my mentors so far, he has seemed the most invested in my growth and learning and pushing me to be better. This has come at a crucial time for me and I can’t say enough good things about how Keith creates a true mentorship environment for each student in our class. Our Q&A’s work as a great time to get mid-week feedback as well and have assisted my progress on assignments immensely.
So Passionate About Animation
Keith is a great mentor since he is so passionate about animation and makes sure to go into detail with you on any topics you don’t grasp. Keith challenges his students to think outside the box and from the perspective of an animator. He addresses each student individually during his live demonstrations in class, which I find to be quite engaging, and he makes sure that all questions are addressed.
