When Animation Mentor alumni go out into the professional world, they excel for many reasons: they know how to work in a team, how to give and receive feedback, and how to bring their unique talent to the project at hand. In the case of the Google Moto X, three Animation Mentor alumni and two Animation Mentor lecturers brought to life a hybrid of computer animation and reality in the project Windy Day. We are thrilled to see the attention that publications are giving to the story, these animators, and to the evolving artistic experiment that is animation. A bow to Jais, Ricardo, Ryan, Daniel, Doug, and Mark — we are thrilled for your success on Windy Day and cannot wait to see what comes next!
